Apex Connections connects Australian fitness creators with brand partnerships. We operate out of Australia and Dubai, UAE. This is a short summary of how we handle your information.

What we collect

Only what you give us: the details in our creator application (name, email, Instagram handle, area of fitness, audience size, and anything you tell us), plus any emails you send. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you, and discuss brand partnerships that suit you. We never sell your information, and we only share your details with a brand when we’re discussing a partnership involving you.

Where your information is held

Because we operate out of Australia and Dubai, UAE, your information may be stored and handled in both countries. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
